Allyson is an IYA qualified teacher with over 4 years prenatal, hatha and vinyasa teaching experience. Prenatal yoga courses & workshops covering physical and mental well-being, teaching women how to breathe deeply and effectively, how to let go, relax and cope with the many changes throughout pregnancy.
Hatha yoga offers increased flexibility and longer, leaner muscles; cleanses and detoxifies the body through deep breathing and internal heat & helps to alleviate stress.
