Pregnancy Classes
Pregnancy Classes provides fitness and wellness classes for mums and mums to be. Classes are taken in our Dame Street studios.
All pregnancy classes are designed to be challenging, while leaving you feeling stretched and refreshed.
We have different classes throughout the day including Pregnancy Yoga, Pregnancy Pilates, Pregnancy Yogalates and Pregnancy Barre. All the classes available are designed to help the mother’s body prepare for a baby.
Pregnancy Classes also have classes that are suitable for mothers and babies including Mum & Baby Yoga, Baby Massage and Toddler Yoga.
