Massimos Restaurant
Massimos Restaurant has been created by Massimo D'Ambrosio who comes from a small village in Italy called Sora, two hours south of Rome. One day Massimo visited Ratoath. It reminded him so much of home that it prompted him to open a café to suit the village feel. Massimo's focus for the café centred on a relaxing interior, the staff team, menu choices and value for money. The management team recruited a head chef from Massimo's village in Italy to take control of the food and menu selection.
