The Galway Centre for Independent Living is an organisation set up by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities. GCIL Adheres at all times to the philosophy of Independent Living. Services provided at GCIL in Galway include; Personal Assistant Service, Access Auditing and Consultancy Service, Accessible Transport, Audio duplication and Braille Service, Accessible Computer Suite and Accessible Conference Room.
